Day 2, the magic comes to Aspen Valley
Spectacular Snowboard Big Air finals with Torstein Horgmo and Mark McMorris fighting to the last trick to hang the gold medal.
Yesterday X Games Aspen ripped but the second day was when the great riders have taken their magic to turn Friday's session on a day to remember. Have last minute when the night had fallen on Aspen, in the huge Big Air jump over 20 meters has experienced one of the most exciting times in anyone remember the X Games Aspen. Torstein Horgmo and Mark McMorris get the same score but the Norwegian rider takes gold getting a 50, the highest possible score, with a stunning trick which you can see by clicking here.
The public has responded to the demonstration of the riders and have been flocking to Buttermilk to fill the stands and cheer on their idols all times. Long lines at the entrances to the facilities and a noted local support to athletes in the state of Colorado who have seen their fans arropaban them at all times. David Wise has been in the Ski Superpipe final for the second consecutive year with a score of 94.33 leaving his opponents option. The surprise of the day was the elimination of Tom Walker, who won last year at Ski Slopestyle who could not reach the final.
So far this championship, the great figure of the X Games 2013 is Louis-Felix Paradis with their victory in Snowboard Street already has two gold medals hung. Long day at the Aspen Valley ending late in the morning with countless parties assembled for the occasion where riders will have competed to give everything, but this time in the clubs of the city.
Tomorrow more!
