The presence of Castellet in X Games Aspen

X Games Aspen have finished and we all have been there telling stories on and off the track but, above all, we have payed special attention to Queralt Castellet.

Queralt Castellet has been the only Spaniard in the history of the X Games winter version. The competition turned to be complicated to the Buttermilk Catalan rider, so we have not had the chance to see her on the podium in the Snowboard Superpipe women final. Castellet was classified for the final thanks to a great first round. In the second and third rounds, she fell down twice, which led her to the sixth position. In the end, Snowboard gold Superpipe was for Kelly Clark; it was her fourth consecutive gold medal.

Now, Queral Castellet is seen as the ultimate Spanish exponent of the next Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014 so as to erase from the memories the fall that made her not to classify in the last edition of the Olympic Games Vancouver.
