Second day of competition in the X Games Barcelona
Today we will enjoy the SLS Qualifier and the three finals of BMX Freestyle Vert, Moto X Speed & Style and Skateboard Big Air
An exciting second day in Barcelona begins. In addition to the qualifying round of the SLS, today medals will be distributed in the other 3 competitions: the BMX Freestyle Vert, Moto X Speed & Style, and Skateboard Big Air finals.
We’ll start with this second qualifying round that will allow us to know the skaters competing in the final to be held tomorrow. The athletes participating in the SLS Qualifier are:

Regarding the finals, the second day begins with the BMX Freestyle Vert final. Jamie Bestwick, who won gold in Foz de Iguaçu, will be again the man to beat. It will not be easy for him, since the other two medalists in Brazil - Coco Zurita, who was silver, and Steve McCann, bronze- will also try to repeat medal and improve their earlier marks. Then, the Moto X Speed & Style final will come up at the Palau Sant Jordi. Here the main contenders are those who went on the podium in Foz a month ago (Mat Rebeaud, Lance Coury and André Villa). In addition to them, our two riders Edgar Torronteras and Jose Miralles will try to sneak in between these champions and achieve one of the medals. The riders will be:

In the same venue we will witness the Skateboard Big Air final. The favorits are Bob Burnquist, one of the Skateboard legends and current champion, Elliot Sloan, two gold holder in this modality and silver in Brazil, and Jake Brown, who took bronze in the last edition. They will have to be careful with little Mitchie Brusco, a 16 year old American with innate qualities on the board and silver medalist behind Burnquist in Los Angeles. He's also been the surprise in the X Games Barcelona first day after winning the bronze medal in the Skateboard Vert final yesterday. Full list of skaters are the following:
