Thanks to volunteers, staff, suppliers, friends and especially the public and athletes for making this possible, together we made it

Four days of pure adrenaline that lighted the city of Barcelona and situated the city at the top of world sports. This X Games have been plagued with joys and sorrows in what strictly refers to the competition, but ultimately everything was made for the viewer. This is a competition where show and sport is what matters and everyone who has been involved in the project knows what this is all about. The athletes delighted the spectators, and managed it to create a suitable climate between athlete and fan. It was a perfect communion. The second, and indeed the most important, were the fans who attended the magic mountain of Montjuïc to witness the competition. The colorful atmosphere made all the facilities even more wonderful: people who traveled from the most unexpected places on the planet just to enjoy an unprecedented event at Barcelona. Obviously, also extend this gratitud to those who from their televisions vibrated with this action sport event. The passion of the X Games didn’t have barriers in the city of Barcelona and in the fans that have followed it. All of the athletes recognized this when they were questioned about this matter.

The realization of the X Games Barcelona would not have been possible if the volunteers would fail to be present. Their help and boundless dedication permitted everyone to enjoy this competition. Thanks also to suppliers and staff of the X Games Barcelona, your help has been fundamental.

The wheel does not stop, now comes X Games Munich and next year X Games lands again in our city. Thanks to everyone who has been part of this X Games Barcelona 2013!
