Day 4. Imperial Laia Sanz
The local athlete's pulse beat Forsberg and her third gold in Moto X Enduro
Laia Sanz returned to the podium in Moto X Enduro after completing a perfect run. And that is leaving no time for mistakes in the second round Forsberg distanced 37,189 seconds, a margin of advantage took advantage to return to take up the top of the podium. Forsberg, a leader in the X Games until the arrival of Sanz, was silver while Tarah Grieger, bronze.
Not so lucky the other local athlete, Sandra Gomez, who struggled at the start of the race and came within one second of the podium.
In the men, the Polish athlete Taddy Blazusiak took gold. His teammate Mike Brown, was silver while Cody Webb, bronze. Alfredo Gomez did not got through to the final as in its previous holdings in Barcelona and Munich.
The final round of the Summer X Games, was the spectacular Ford RallyCross. Toomas "Topi" Heikkinen was crowned King of the test, ahead of Tanner Foust and Sverre Isachsnen. Heikkinen and Foust beat in the first round of the three favorites, Ken Block, Brian Deegan and Liam Doran.
End of tour X Games 2013, and to the X Games in Los Angeles. After 11 years full of action and adrenaline in Los Angeles, the X Games are out from California to give way to Austin, Texas.
